By accessing or using my Site and purchasing digital products (the "Products"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use my Site or purchase my Products.

My Products are available to customers worldwide. It is your responsibility to ensure that your purchase and use of my Products complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your country or jurisdiction.

All content on this Site—including but not limited to source code, product designs, text, graphics, logos, images, branding, and trademarks—is owned by or licensed to me and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, you may use the Product for your own personal or internal business use.

7. Orders, Pricing & Payments

Payments on my website are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, my Merchant of Record. As Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy processes payments, collects applicable taxes, and issues receipts on my behalf.

Lemon Squeezy supports a variety of payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other supported payment options.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information when placing an order.

All prices displayed on the Site include any applicable taxes calculated by Lemon Squeezy based on your location. The amount shown during checkout is the total amount payable.

8. Refunds & Returns

Due to the digital nature of my Products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital download has been delivered or access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.

I strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions and try any available free demos before purchasing to ensure the Product meets their needs.
